Coates announced as 2026 Newcastle Show Naming Rights Sponsor

The Newcastle Show is proud to announce Coates as the official Naming Rights Sponsor for the 2026 Newcastle Show, marking a major partnership between Australia’s leading solutions provider and one of the Hunter region’s most cherished community events.

Formerly known as Coates Hire, the company recently rebranded to Coates to reflect its evolution beyond traditional equipment hire. Today Coates offers a wide range of specialist services including engineering, industrial solutions, power and HVAC, safety, events and end to end project support. Their partnership with the Newcastle Show further reinforces the company’s national commitment to innovation and Australian communities.

The 2026 event will proudly be known as the Coates Newcastle Show 2026, bringing together two organisations that share a long standing dedication to community connection, resilience and future focused growth.

With more than 100 years of history, the Newcastle Show continues to celebrate everything great about the Hunter from agriculture and local producers to entertainment, education and family experiences. The Coates Newcastle Show 2026 will run Friday 27 February to Sunday 1 March 2026 at the Newcastle Showground, featuring three days of non stop entertainment, thrilling arena shows, carnival rides, showbags, agricultural displays, food, local exhibitors and family fun.
